Club Safety Statement
1. Always wear adequeate safety dresses and ensure that you are safe for the ride.
2. Don't ever try unwanted stunts in the ATV's. Always have a word with a trainer before you go.
3. Riding ATV after cosuming alcohol is very strictly not allowed.
Declaration
* I accept that ATV Riding is an adventurous sport, which by its very nature is a sport that involves a degree of risk of personal injury or death. I acknoledge that Off Roads Club cannot ensure my commplete safety at all times, I accept these risks and agree to be responsible for my own actions and involvement. I accept that Off Roads Club cannot be held liable for any injuries caused to me or caused to others or their property by me, due to my participation or involvement in this sport.
*I confirm that I can ride ATV’s and I’m good in riding other bikes.
*The club committee reserve the right to refuse card holdership or in certain circumstances terminate the same. The annual club non refundable deposit runs each year from __________ to _________. Any person joining in mid term will be liable for the cost of the full annual term.
